“Mom’s Best Chicken Curry Recipe: A Flavorful Tradition”
This chicken curry recipe is one of the many delicious recipes my mom has shared with me. Her chicken curry is the best I’ve ever tried! She always adds extra ginger garlic paste and yogurt to remove the raw smell and tenderize the meat, which I absolutely love. She never compromises on using fresh ingredients, and I follow these tips and tricks just like she does.
Serving Suggestions
This Chicken Curry is sure to delight your guests or family. Pair it with flaky parathas, Ghee Rice, or a simple pulao like Peas Cheese Pulao. Alternatively, serve it with plain rice alongside sides such as Cabbage Masala, Bhindi Fry, and papadum. My personal favorite is to enjoy it with plain bread, dosa, or idli. You must give it a try

Easy Chicken Curry Recipe
To start, I’d like to say that whipping up this recipe is a breeze and not complex at all. Just make sure to use a good store-bought curry masala powder, or you can use homemade curry masala like I do. For the best results, use fresh grated coconut to extract thick and diluted coconut milk. If you’re using store-bought coconut milk, be sure to add more water to dilute it. This recipe works with or without veggies, but I personally love adding carrots and potatoes to my chicken curry, and I’m sure you will too!
